Justin Fletcher is one of the most popular and most prolific children's entertainers on British television at the moment and it's easy to see why.

In this show Justin plays a variety of non speaking roles, which means he has to use his actions and his facial expressions to do the work for him.  The comedy here comes across as a child's version of people like Laurel and Hardy or even Buster Keaton in places.

The sheer amount of slapstick humour here is astounding and not only did it have my three (nearly 4) year old laughing hysterically, it also had me laughing a hell of a lot too.  Fletcher's facial expressions are brilliantly funny and at times it seemed as though his face was made of rubber.

While it is true  that this DVD isn't in the slightest bit educational, not every single children's DVD has to be.  Sometimes it's nice to just kick back, relax and watch something or someone that will make you smile and this DVD has that skill by the bucket load.

The addition of Phil Gallagher was a brilliant move as well.  Gallagher is known for the children's television show 'Mister Maker' but here provides the perfect foil for Fletcher's mishaps and adventures, nearly always ending up on the end of the joke or hi-jinx himself.

My son absolutely loved this release and it brightened his day up no end.  It's the short of thing that if you or your child is feeling a bit low or a bit under the weather you can put on and it will bring a smile to your face.

A superb release for the little ones out there and most definitely essential for the Justin Fletcher fans out there.

"It was good.  My favourite was when he falls in the water at the beach.  I like all of it!"
